Browning Maxus II Hunter 12 Gauge 3" 4+1 28" Semi-Auto Shotgun

The Browning Maxus II Hunter is a premium 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun built for upland birds, waterfowl, and all-around field use. This full-size Hunter configuration pairs a 28" vent-rib barrel with a 3" chamber, letting the gun run light target loads up to the heaviest 3-inch magnum shells while still swinging fast on flushing birds.

At the heart of the Maxus II is a matte black anodized aluminum receiver that keeps carry weight to 7.10 lbs without sacrificing rigidity. The matte blued barrel carries a traditional vent rib for a clean sight plane, with a fiber-optic front sight and ivory mid-bead rear for fast target acquisition in low light. The crossbolt safety sits within easy reach of the trigger finger, and the Grade I Turkish walnut stock uses Browning's shim-adjustable length-of-pull and drop-at-comb/heel system so the gun can be tuned to almost any right-handed shooter. Total length tip-to-butt is 49.37".

The Hunter ships ready to shoot with three flush Invector-Plus choke tubes included (Full, Modified, and Improved Cylinder) to cover the full range of upland and waterfowl patterns. Other field features include a screw-on magazine cap, an enhanced grip and trigger guard, Browning's Inflex Technology recoil pad to tame felt recoil, and the Lightning trigger for a crisp, clean break. The magazine tube holds 4+1 rounds of 2-3/4" or 3" shells.
