Browning BAR MK4 Hunter 243 Win 22" 4+1 Semi-Auto Rifle

The Browning BAR MK4 Hunter is a semi-auto hunting rifle chambered in 243 Win, built around Browning's proven gas-piston action that delivers fast cycling and reduced felt recoil without sending powder gases into the receiver. The 22" matte blued fluted barrel with a 1:10" twist sheds weight, aids barrel cooling, and carries a non-reflective matte blued finish that keeps glare out of the hunter's line of sight.

The action is housed in a lightweight matte blued aluminum alloy receiver that is drilled and tapped for optics mounting, giving the shooter a clean, ready-to-scope platform. Sights are not included, leaving the new owner free to mount their preferred scope or red dot. The BAR MK4 Hunter uses a detachable box magazine, and this rifle ships with one included 4-round magazine for a total 4+1 capacity.

The black composite/synthetic stock features Browning's shim adjustment system for cast on/off and drop at the comb, allowing the shooter to fine-tune fit. An Inflex recoil pad helps tame muzzle rise between shots. Measuring 44.13" overall, with an unloaded weight of approximately 7.02 lbs, the BAR MK4 Hunter balances well as a fast-handling rifle suited to medium-game hunting in the field.
