The Browning 1911 A1 CA Compliant Compact brings the legendary M1911A1 service pistol design down to a scaled-down 22 LR training and recreational handgun. Built to roughly 85% of the original 1911 in .45 ACP, this compact carries a lightweight matte black aluminum alloy frame with an extended beavertail and a matching serrated matte black slide.

Shooting is handled by a 3.63" stainless steel match-grade barrel that is target crowned for accuracy, paired with classic A1-style fixed sights in black. The single-action-only (SAO) trigger and grip/thumb safety deliver an authentic 1911 manual of arms, while black textured polymer grips keep carry weight to about 15 oz in a true compact carry package.

This CA-compliant configuration runs a 10+1 capacity and is well suited to personal protection training, recreational plinking, and sport shooting. The serialized matte black aluminum frame matches the slide for a clean, low-glare look ready for range duty.
