The Browning 1911-380 Black Label Medallion Pro is a single-action semi-auto pistol chambered in .380 ACP, combining the classic Model 1911 platform with a compact, carry-friendly footprint. Built on an 85 percent scale of the original .45 ACP 1911, this pistol delivers familiar 1911 controls in a smaller, lighter package well suited for concealed carry.

At the core sits a 4.25-inch target-crown barrel paired with a blackened stainless steel slide finished with silver polished flats and serrations for easy press checks and manipulation. The matte black polymer frame is molded with an extended beavertail, an integrated under-barrel Picatinny accessory rail for lights or lasers, and a thumb/grip safety setup. Overall length runs approximately 7.5 inches with an unloaded weight of about 18 ounces.

Standard target-acquisition features include night sights for low-light use, and a single-stack 8-round magazine feeds 8+1 rounds of .380 ACP. Checkered rosewood-colored laminate grips with a gold-colored BuckMark inlay round out the package. This pistol ships with one 8-round magazine and a pistol rug.
