Browning 1911-22 A1 Full Size 22 LR 4.25" 10+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The Browning 1911-22 A1 Full Size is a rimfire recreation of John M. Browning's legendary Government Model, scaled to 85% of the original 1911 dimensions and chambered in 22 LR for low-cost range sessions and skill-building. Built around a lightweight matte black polymer frame in place of the steel frame of the centerfire original, this pistol preserves the classic 1911 silhouette while trimming weight for comfortable all-day handling.

Up top, a 4.25" stainless steel barrel is fitted to a matte black serrated slide, delivering the familiar sight radius and slide-racking feel of a full-size Government Model. Rear slide serrations provide easy press checks and charging, and the slide wears fixed iron sights for ready-to-shoot target acquisition right out of the box. The controls mirror the 1911 layout, making this an excellent training pistol for shooters working on their fundamentals or transitioning to a centerfire 1911.

Feeding is handled by a detachable magazine with a 10+1 capacity (10 in the magazine plus 1 in the chamber), keeping the slim 1911 grip profile intact. The grip wears brown composite panels that pair a warm visual contrast with a secure hold, set against the matte black slide and polymer frame.
