The Boyt Harness Alaskan shotgun case is a traditional, hard-working soft case built for hunters and shooters who want classic materials and proven protection for their firearm. This 48" model is cut from a heavy 24oz waxed canvas shell in a classic Khaki finish that sheds light weather and shrugs off the scuffs, dirt, and brush it meets at the truck, blind, or range bench.

Inside, the case is lined with an ultra-soft quilted flannel backed by thick, breathable, non-compressible cotton batting that cushions your shotgun's action, stock, and finish without packing down over time. The result is a soft case that protects your gun mile after mile while still being light enough to sling over your shoulder all day.

Security and carry are handled by antique brass hardware. A heavy-duty #10 brass zipper with double pulls is lockable so you can run a padlock through the pulls to keep the case secured, and a heavy-duty web sling makes long walks from the truck to the field comfortable on the hands.
