The Black Rain Ordnance Spec 15+ We The People is a semi-automatic AR-15 platform rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO, finished in a distinctive Blue Battleworn with Deep Engraving treatment that pairs worn blue tones with deep laser engraving across the receiver set. This We The People variant of the Spec 15+ series is built around a 16" chrome moly steel barrel with a 1:7" rifling twist, paired with a 15" Slim M-LOK handguard for accessory mounting.

Running a semi-auto action with a thumb safety, the rifle feeds from a standard 30+1 capacity AR-15 pattern magazine. Furniture includes a Magpul pistol grip and a Magpul Carbine buttstock for a familiar, adjustable fit, while a castle flash suppressor sits at the muzzle. Overall length is 34" and the rifle weighs approximately 7.50 lbs.
