Designed as a builder's blank canvas, the Spec15 lower ships stripped without a lower parts kit, buffer, or stock. It is machined to accept a standard AR-15 manual safety selector (no 1911-style grip safety) and is fully compatible with conventional AR-15 lower components and matching upper receiver assemblies.
