The Birchwood Casey Universal Gun Cleaning Kit is a complete 22-piece field and bench solution sized for multi-caliber and multi-gauge firearms. With this single kit a shooter can service popular rifle and pistol calibers along with common shotgun gauges without swapping to a separate cleaning set for each platform.

The kit is built around Birchwood Casey's custom handle with an integrated locking chuck, which secures the tool in place during cleaning so the rod does not walk or wobble at the muzzle. A set of 5 brass cleaning rods threads into the handle to drive the included accessories from the breech or muzzle, depending on the firearm being serviced.

Seven caliber-specific bore brushes pair with the appropriate jags and slotted tips to scrub bores across the calibers the kit covers. A pair of mop adaptors for 12 and 20 gauge handles shotgun-specific needs, while a dual-end cleaning brush and pick takes care of slides, bolt faces, ejector ports, and other small parts. Twenty-five 1.5" x 3" non-woven fabric patches are included for applying solvent and oil to the bore.
