The Birchwood Casey RND6 is a 6" round steel target plate purpose-built for centerfire rifle and handgun practice. Cut from 1/2" NM500 abrasion-resistant steel, the plate is designed to handle repeated impacts from centerfire rounds and delivers a loud, satisfying clang when struck solidly, giving the shooter clear audible feedback on every hit.

NM500 is a through-hardened, abrasion-resistant steel commonly used in high-wear applications, making it well suited for the punishment of regular range use with both pistol and rifle calibers. The plate is finished in a high-contrast Black/Red/White pattern for easy visibility downrange in a wide range of lighting conditions. It is set up as a hanging target and is not auto-resetting, so it stays in place after each hit and can be re-engaged or swapped out as needed.
