The Birchwood Casey LOWRVISE-BLOCK is a dedicated vise block designed to securely hold an AR-15 lower receiver in any standard bench vise, giving gunsmiths and home builders a stable "third hand" for routine service work.

Built from a tough gray polymer body with CNC-machined engagement surfaces, the block seats into the lower receiver's upper-receiver recess so the lower can be clamped in a vise without marring the finish, crushing the receiver, or distorting critical pins and holes.

Once mounted, it makes cleaning, assembly, disassembly, and general repairs straightforward, with the lower held rock-steady throughout the work.
