The Bernardelli Model 60 is a classic, Italian-made semi-automatic pocket pistol chambered in .32 ACP (7.65mm). Manufactured by Vincenzo Bernardelli S.p.A. in Gardone V.T., Italy, this compact handgun was originally introduced in 1959 as a refined self-defense and target-shooting firearm. This particular piece is a highly collectible vintage specimen featuring the Italian date code XXIV, indicating it is of 1968 production, making it fully C&R Eligible.
Built with a robust steel slide and frame, the Model 60 features a 3.5-inch barrel fixed rigidly to the frame to maximize accuracy. Operating on a reliable straight blowback action, it utilizes a dual recoil spring system to help soften recoil. Standard features include an 8-round capacity single-stack magazine, classic checkered plastic grips, an exposed hammer with a half-cock safety, a manual thumb safety on the left side, and a traditional European heel-style magazine release.
These surplus handguns are in Good to Fair Condition and will show normal signs of use. Each pistol will retain a majority of its original finish but may show light scratches, finish wear, a light patina, or slight rust and corrosion. The plastic grips and finger-rest magazine bases may have cracks or chips. Each pistol comes with one 8-round magazine.
