The Bernardelli Model 60 is a classic, Italian-made semi-automatic pocket pistol known for its sleek design and reliable operation. Manufactured by Vincenzo Bernardelli S.p.A. in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy, this firearm is chambered in .32 ACP (7.65mm) and offers a compact and elegant option for collectors, historical enthusiasts, or fans of vintage European design. This specific pistol is fully C&R Eligible, representing a bygone era of high-quality steel pocket handguns before import restrictions changed the landscape of the US firearms market.
Constructed with a highly durable steel frame and steel slide, the Model 60 utilizes a reliable single-action blowback system coupled with dual recoil springs designed to smooth slide movement and soften recoil. It features a compact 3.5" barrel and is fed by an 8-round single-stack magazine with a traditional European heel-style release. Boasting clean lines and a checkered black plastic grip, this pocket pistol has fixed sights and a frame-mounted manual safety on the left side.
This surplus shipment is graded in Good to Fair Condition. Having been produced in 1966 (featuring the Italian proof mark date code XXII), these pistols show signs of character and history. Each pistol will exhibit normal signs of use, including light scratches, finish wear, or potential light rust/corrosion, but will retain the majority of its original blued finish. The plastic grips may show minor cracks or chips, and the plastic magazine bases may also have cracks or chips. The metal may display a pleasing aged patina. Each pistol comes with one 8-round magazine.
