The Berger VLD Target is a match-grade .22 caliber (.224" diameter) rifle bullet designed for competitive shooters pursuing the flattest possible trajectory and minimal wind drift. This 90 grain projectile uses Berger's proven Secant Very Low Drag ogive combined with a boat tail base, a profile engineered for maximum external ballistic efficiency.

Each bullet is built around a brass jacket with Berger's precision J4 Target Jacket construction for tight concentricity and consistent weight. The bullet carries a G1 Ballistic Coefficient of .551, a Sectional Density of .256, and an overall length of 1.254". A minimum rifling twist of 1:7 or faster is recommended to properly stabilize this projectile.
