The Beretta A400 Xtreme Plus KO is a 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun purpose-built for waterfowl and upland hunters who demand fast follow-up shots and all-day shootability. Chambered for 3.5" magnum shells, this configuration ships with a 28" Steelium Plus vent-rib barrel, Beretta's Kick-Off recoil-reduction system, and an OD Green synthetic stock set up for left-hand shooters.

The Steelium Plus barrel uses Beretta's cold-hammer forging process paired with a proprietary steel alloy - the first of its kind for a hunting shotgun - engineered to deliver denser, more uniform shot patterns and long-term durability. A vent rib runs the length of the barrel and pairs with a fiber-optic front sight and steel mid bead for fast target pickup in low light. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting and uses the Optima choke system, giving you versatile pattern control across magnum waterfowl loads.

Beretta's gas-operating action cycles roughly 36 percent faster than competing semi-autos, keeping the A400 on target between shots. The Kick-Off system uses hydraulic shock absorbers built into the stock to tame felt recoil and muzzle flip, so second and third shots stay on target. The OD Green synthetic stock complements the shotgun's 7.80 lbs overall weight for balanced carry in the field.
