The Beretta A400 Upland is a purpose-built semi-automatic shotgun chambered in 20 Gauge for the wingshooting enthusiast. It features a 26" black barrel with a ventilated rib and a 3" chamber, giving it the versatility to handle a wide range of upland loads from light target shells to heavier hunting rounds.

The A400 Upland was the first Beretta shotgun to pair a classic walnut stock with the Kick-Off recoil-reduction system, delivering a traditional-feeling upland gun with noticeably softer felt recoil. The Xtra Grain Walnut stock carries a warm brown finish and is mated to a nickel-plated, engraved receiver that gives the gun a distinctive upland-grade appearance.

Practical field features include fiber-optic front and rear sights for fast target pickup, a crossbolt safety, and a gold-colored trigger for a clean, consistent pull. The shotgun ships with three Optima-Choke HP choke tubes (F, M, C) and offers a total 2+1 capacity. At 6.70 lbs with an overall length of 49"-51", the A400 Upland is a lightweight, well-balanced gun that carries comfortably through a long day in the field.
