BCM KMR Alpha 7" KeyMod Free-Float Handguard - Black Anodized - AR-15

The BCM KMR Alpha 7" KeyMod Handguard is a precision-engineered, free-floating rail system built for the AR-15 platform. Machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum, it keeps the front of the rifle light and neutral while still delivering the rigidity needed for repeatable accuracy and rock-solid accessory mounting.

This 7-inch model measures 7.39" overall and is intended for pistol- or carbine-length AR uppers. A tough hardcoat anodized black finish protects the aluminum from corrosion, scratches, and the wear of regular field use. Because the KMR Alpha is a true free-float design that clamps only to the barrel nut, the rail never contacts the barrel - preserving point of impact as the barrel heats up and helping the rifle shoot to its full accuracy potential.

The handguard uses BCM's KeyMod mounting interface along the sides and bottom, giving the user modular attachment slots for lights, lasers, bipods, vertical grips, and sling mounts without piling on the weight of a full-length Picatinny rail. A continuous Picatinny top rail is retained across the full 12 o'clock position, so standard optics and back-up iron sights mount just as they would on any mil-spec AR upper.
