Bash Target Supply AR500 Gong Target Round 8" 1/2" Thick

The Bash Target Supply AR500 Gong Target is a heavy-duty 8" round reactive steel target laser-cut from AR500 steel at a full 1/2" of thickness. Part of Bash's rifle-rated line, this gong is finished in a blue powder coat for corrosion resistance and is built to absorb the punishment of repeated centerfire rifle impacts at extended range.

The plate is rated for 3,000 fps and 3,000 ft-lbs of energy, comfortably handling common centerfire rifle cartridges. Each target comes drilled with three 1/2" mounting holes so it can be hung from a static hanger for clear visual hit indication or run as a swinging gong for that unmistakable ring on every round. At roughly 8.75 lbs, the target hangs cleanly from any standard target stand.

AR500's through-hardened composition resists pitting and deformation far better than mild steel, giving this 8" gong a long service life when used within its published velocity and energy limits.
