The Barnes Bullets VOR-TX line is precision factory-loaded ammunition, built around Barnes' all-copper bullet technology and engineered to deliver handloaded accuracy in a factory round. This load is chambered in 300 RUM and pushes a 180 gr Tipped TSX Boat Tail projectile at 3250 fps, producing 4223 ft lbs of muzzle energy - serious performance tailored for the magnum-class hunter chasing elk, moose, and other large game, with the precision to serve double duty at the range.

The Tipped TSX (TTSX) bullet takes Barnes' proven solid-copper TSX design and adds a polymer tip to initiate reliable expansion. On impact, the bullet delivers double-diameter expansion with maximum weight retention, creating wide wound channels with deep penetration and without the fragmentation or lead-core breakup associated with conventional cup-and-core designs. The boat tail profile trims drag and flattens trajectory at long range, while the all-copper construction keeps the bullet lead-free.
