This 130 grain boat tail projectile is built from a solid copper alloy with a hollow point nose, forming Barnes' signature Triple-Shock X (TSX) design that expands reliably on impact across a wide velocity window.

Unlike traditional lead-core bullets, the TSX all-copper construction eliminates fragmentation and delivers 28% deeper penetration than comparable lead-core projectiles. The boat tail base profile and ballistic coefficient of .34 help the bullet retain velocity and resist cross-wind drift downrange, while a cannelure provides a positive crimp seating reference for handloaders working up hunting loads.
