The Barnes TSX (Triple-Shock X) bullet is a premium all-copper hunting projectile engineered for deep penetration and reliable expansion on big game. Built from a copper solid body with a hollow point tip and a cannelure for consistent case seating, the TSX is designed to deliver up to 28% deeper penetration than traditional lead-core bullets while virtually eliminating core fragmentation.

This .257 diameter, 115 grain TSX uses a flat base profile intended for handloading the 25 caliber rifle family. It carries a G1 ballistic coefficient of .335, a sectional density of .249, an overall length of 1.228", and a minimum recommended twist rate of 1:9", giving handloaders an efficient, accurate projectile for popular .25 caliber rifle loads.

Recommended for hunting applications, the 115 grain TSX flat base is well suited for big game pursuits in traditional .25 caliber rifle chambers, including the 25-06 Remington for which Barnes publishes factory load data.
