Designed as a polymer-tipped evolution of Barnes' flagship Triple-Shock X, the Tipped TSX (TTSX) retains the proven solid-copper shank and adds a polymer tip that increases the ballistic coefficient and sharpens long-range trajectories across the velocity envelope.

Every TTSX bullet is built from 100 percent solid copper with multiple pressure-relieving grooves cut into the shank. On impact, the tip drives into a re-engineered nose cavity to initiate fast, controlled expansion, while the all-copper body delivers near-100 percent weight retention and opens into four sharp cutting petals. A boattail base and a single cannelure round out the design for a sleeker profile, consistent crimping, and clean handloading.

Numbers land in top-tier territory for the 7mm class: a G1 ballistic coefficient of .412, a sectional density of .248, and a uniform .284 in bullet diameter.
