The Barnes Tipped TSX (TTSX) is a 100% solid copper, lead-free rifle bullet built on Barnes' proven Triple-Shock X platform. Each projectile features a polymer tip seated into a re-engineered nose cavity for faster, more reliable expansion, while the grooved copper shank delivers the same controlled upset and virtually 100% weight retention that defines the TSX line. Four razor-sharp cutting petals produce dramatic terminal performance for hunting applications.

This 7mm (.284") projectile weighs 120 gr and uses a boat tail profile for improved ballistic efficiency. It carries a ballistic coefficient of .373, a sectional density of .213, and an overall length of 1.218". A cannelure is present for secure seating, with both jacket and core formed from solid copper and tipped with polymer, with no lead core and no jacket separation. Recommended for hunting in modern rifle cartridges chambered in 7mm.
