The Barnes Bullets Tipped TSX is a premium .25 caliber rifle projectile engineered for hunters who demand deep penetration and reliable weight retention. Built on Barnes' proven Triple-Shock X (TSX) platform, this 100gr TTSX Boat Tail features a 100% copper body with multiple rings cut into the shank to reduce pressure and increase velocity, paired with a polymer tip that initiates rapid expansion through four razor-sharp cutting petals.

The all-copper construction delivers 28% deeper penetration than comparable lead-core designs and virtually 100% weight retention on game, while the boat tail base provides excellent ballistic efficiency with a .357 coefficient and .216 sectional density. The polymer tip initiates expansion across a wide velocity window, making this a versatile hunting bullet for quarter-bore rifle cartridges such as the .25-06 Remington.

This 25 caliber (.257") bullet measures 1.195" overall length and includes a cannelure for positive bullet seating during handloading.
