The Ballistic Advantage Modern Series 18" 308 Winchester Heavy Profile barrel is a drop-in replacement for the AR-308 / AR-10 platform on the DPMS pattern. Machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel and finished in QPQ Nitride for corrosion and wear resistance, the heavy contour is built to heat up slowly and keep shooting accurately through long strings of fire.

Chambered in .308 Winchester with an 18" length and a 1:10 twist rate, this barrel is well suited to the typical range of .308 hunting, match, and duty projectile weights. Each barrel is HP and MPI tested by Ballistic Advantage for guaranteed quality and accuracy out of the box. Threading is the standard 5/8x24 pitch, ready to accept most .308 muzzle devices and suppressors.
