Auto Ordnance 1911BKO9W 1911 A1 GI Spec 9mm Luger 5\" 9+1 SAO Pistol - Wood Grips

The Auto Ordnance 1911BKO9W is a 9mm Luger rendition of the classic Government-size 1911 A1, built to original GI specifications and finished in a low-glare matte black. It's a full-size, SAO (single-action-only) pistol with a 5" stainless steel barrel, a 9+1 capacity, an 8.5" overall length, and a heft of about 39 oz.

Both the slide and frame are machined from carbon steel and wear the matte black finish, with serrations cut into the slide for press checks and a beavertail grip safety to help mitigate slide bite. A fixed blade front sight pairs with a drift-adjustable rear for traditional iron-sight work, and the standard 1911 control suite - thumb safety, grip safety, and firing pin safety - is fully intact.

The 1911BKO9W variant is set apart by its checkered wood grips with an integrated US logo, giving the gun a more traditional service-pistol look than the polymer-gripped sibling models. Made in the USA by Auto Ordnance, this pistol ships with one 9-round magazine.
