The ATN Thor 5 LRF 640 is a Smart HD thermal rifle scope built around a 640x480 sensor running at a smooth 60 fps, paired with ATN's integrated laser rangefinder for on-the-fly ranging without leaving the optic. It combines ATN's fifth-generation thermal imaging platform with a dynamic reticle that scales with magnification throughout the entire zoom range, recoil-activated video capture, and a long-life Li-ion power pack for hunters, predator callers, and tactical shooters.

Magnification runs 5-40x through a 30mm main tube, with a 3.5" eye relief and a 5.9° x 4.4° field of view. The 12 μm pixel pitch sensor pushes usable detection out to 3300 yards. The illuminated reticle is selectable across multiple patterns and is designed to remain readable through the full zoom range.

Housed in a black-anodized body, the scope weighs 32.80 oz and runs on an internal Li-ion battery rated for 10+ hours of continuous use. The 30mm tube mounts with standard rings (the manufacturer includes two standard rings and one L-shape ring).
