The Athlon Neos HMR 3-9x40 is a purpose-built rimfire riflescope designed for shooters who want a single optic that can move between .22 LR and .17 HMR without re-zeroing. Its standout feature is a set of interchangeable, caliber-specific ballistic turrets calibrated for each cartridge, letting you swap the turret to match the round in the magazine and hold elevation with confidence.

The scope uses a CENTER-X second-focal-plane MOA reticle calibrated in MOA for straightforward holdovers at rimfire distances. The optical system is built around a 1-inch main tube paired with a 40mm objective, with optical coatings to deliver a clean sight picture from 3x all the way out to 9x magnification.

Eye relief measures a generous 4.37 to 3.78 inches across the magnification range, and the field of view runs from 36.3 feet at 3x down to 12.3 feet at 9x. The housing is machined from aluminum to keep weight at just 17 ounces.
