The Athlon Cronus BTR GEN2 4.5-29x56 is the flagship long-range riflescope in the Athlon Optics line, purpose-built for PRS competition and serious precision rifle work. It pairs a 4.5-29x magnification range with a large 56mm objective lens and a 34mm main tube, giving shooters the optical clarity, light-gathering ability, and mechanical strength needed to reach out at extended distances in any condition.

The scope is built around the APLR5 first focal plane illuminated MOA reticle, glass-etched for shock resistance and featuring MOA-based holdovers that scale correctly through the entire magnification range. The illuminated center keeps the reticle visible in low light, and the side focus (SF) parallax adjustment lets the shooter dial out parallax error at any range.

Optical performance comes from UHD extra-low dispersion glass with an Advanced Fully Multi-Coated lens system that maximizes light transmission, color fidelity, and resolution. The exterior lenses carry Athlon's protective coating to repel dirt, oil, and scratches that would otherwise degrade the sight picture during field use.

The 34mm tube provides generous elevation and windage travel for long-range dialing, while the matte black finish keeps the scope low-glare in both tactical and hunting situations.
