The Athlon Ares HLR 4-24x50mm riflescope is a second-focal-plane precision optic built around a one-piece 30mm aircraft-grade aluminum tube and tuned for long-range and precision shooting. The versatile 4-24x magnification range is paired with a 50mm objective for light gathering in low-light conditions, while fully multi-coated lenses maximize transmission and clarity across the zoom range.

The scope uses Athlon's AHMC1 Fiber Dot reticle calibrated in MOA units, set in the second focal plane so its subtensions stay readable at every magnification setting. An illuminated center dot, augmented by a fiber-optic element, provides a crisp aiming point for fast target acquisition in dim environments without relying solely on battery power.

This model offers a generous 3.94" eye relief, a field of view ranging from 23.5 ft down to 4.7 ft at 100 yds across the magnification range, and a total length of 13.20". The one-piece tube is argon purged, then sealed for waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof performance, finished in Black and ready for hard use in the field.
