The SMB (Sound Mitigation Buffer) is engineered as a superior upgrade to OEM mil-spec buffer springs and weights, designed to reduce the noise generated by the buffer cycling against the spring in a standard AR-15 buffer system. By quieting the sound of the buffer and spring action, the SMB delivers smoother, quieter cycling for a more refined shooting experience.

This Captured (C) kit comes with everything needed to complete an AR-15 lower build, including the SMB buffer, a buffer tube, end plate, and castle nut.
