ArmaLite DEF15 M-15 Defensive Sporting Rifle 223 Rem/5.56 NATO 16" 30+1 Semi-Auto Rifle

The ArmaLite DEF15 M-15 Defensive Sporting Rifle is a no-frills, semi-automatic AR-15-platform rifle built for duty, sport, and defensive use. Chambered in 223 Rem / 5.56 NATO, it pairs a forged, flat-top upper and lower receiver with a MIL-STD 1913 rail so the rifle is ready to mount any optic out of the box.

At the heart of the DEF15 is a 16" double-lapped, chrome-lined chrome moly vanadium barrel with a 1:7 twist for stable performance across a wide range of bullet weights. The muzzle is fitted with a flash suppressor, and the gas system uses a railed gas block front sight base. Uppers and lowers are forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black hardcoat anodize for corrosion resistance and long service life.

The M-15 carries a 6-position collapsible black synthetic stock and a black polymer pistol grip for a clean, duty-ready handling package. Controls include a single-stage trigger and a lever safety. Overall length runs 32" to 35.30" depending on stock position, with an unloaded weight of 6.10 lbs. Right-hand configuration.

Each rifle ships with one 30-round Magpul PMAG, giving a 30+1 ready capacity. Built by ArmaLite, the DEF15 is a practical, scalable 223 Rem / 5.56 NATO carbine ready for range, home-defense, or duty roles.
