Area 419 Firearms Zero Headspace Comparator Base - Ogive Gauge Height Stand

The Area 419 Zero Headspace Comparator Base is the precision-machined height stand component of Area 419's acclaimed Ogive Measurement Gauge Kit, the modular precision reloading system used to measure bullet ogive height and case headspace. This base provides the stable, calibrated reference surface for these measurements when paired with Mitutoyo calipers and the matching ogive insert.

Sold as the base unit only, this height stand is intended for reloaders who already own - or are building out - the Area 419 Zero Headspace and Ogive system. The full kit is modular, with separately available ogive inserts and comparator bodies sold individually so you can assemble a complete bullet measurement setup tailored to your calibers. Area 419 designed the entire system around Mitutoyo calipers, the industry standard for precision reloading measurement.
