The ARB Trauma Pak III is a compact 7-piece emergency trauma kit built for rapid response to serious bleeding injuries in the field, on the range, or in everyday carry situations. Produced by Adventure Medical Kits (Adventure Ready Brands), this IFAK packages the most critical hemorrhage-control tools in a slim, waterproof resealable pouch that fits easily in a glove box, range bag, backpack, or existing first-aid kit and weighs only 8 oz.

At the core of the kit is a 4" pressure trauma dressing (Israeli-style emergency bandage) that combines sterile gauze, a trauma pad, and an integrated pressure applicator into a single, easy-to-use wrap. When applied, the dressing can deliver up to 40 lbs of direct pressure to help control major bleeding fast. A SWAT-T tourniquet is included for broad-application limb tourniqueting on adults, children, and even K-9 partners, giving you a versatile tool for the worst-case scenario.

Rounding out the kit are the supporting items needed to actually access and treat a wound under stress: 4" EMT shears for cutting away clothing, a triangular bandage for additional wrapping, slinging, or stabilization, and a pair of latex-free gloves for basic biohazard protection.
