The Alpha Foxtrot AF1911 Romulus is a 9mm Luger double-stack 1911 built on a precision CNC-machined stainless steel frame and slide, finished in a hardwearing Black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating for excellent corrosion resistance and a low-friction surface that aids cycling. Designed and manufactured in the USA as a modern high-capacity take on the classic 1911 platform, the Romulus pairs familiar single-action handling with a substantially larger magazine well and contemporary optics-ready features.

This configuration wears a 5" stainless steel bull barrel that delivers a full-length sight radius and is button-rifled for accuracy. The slide is optic ready with a direct-mount RMSc/RMR footprint and features aggressive front and rear serrations for press checks and manipulations. A Picatinny accessory rail is integrated into the dust cover for mounting lights or lasers, and the frame is cut with a beavertail grip tang to promote a high, secure hold.

Controls include a thumb safety on the left side, while the grip is finished with machined aluminum grips that keep weight centered and the platform comfortable to carry. The Romulus ships with two magazines - a flush 17-round and an extended 20-round double-stack unit - so the shooter can tune capacity to carry preference right out of the box.
