The pistol wears a black DLC finish over a SUS416 stainless steel frame and slide for excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Its serrated, optic-ready slide is cut to accept popular red-dot footprints, and the package ships with multiple adapter plates - including an MOS adapter plate along with dedicated RMR and RMSC pattern plates - so you can mount a wide variety of red dots right out of the box. Polymer grips keep carry weight down, and the familiar thumb safety rounds out the classic 1911 manual of arms.
