The Alien Gear ShapeShift Shell kit is the right-hand foundation piece of the modular ShapeShift carry system, precision-molded for the Taurus PT111 and PT140 pistol families. The kit includes a precision-molded holster shell, an adjustable retention unit, a rotating adapter, and the associated parts packs needed to integrate it with the other ShapeShift attachment kits or to start a new ShapeShift holster setup.

Formed from a tough, heat- and abrasion-resistant polymer, the shell wraps the slide and frame like a second skin for secure retention and a clean, custom-molded fit on the PT111/PT140. The right-hand orientation is configured for a standard right-handed draw, with the trigger-guard contour matched to the Taurus PT platform.

Finished in black, this Taurus PT111/PT140 shell is the foundation piece of the ShapeShift system. Add it to expand an existing Alien Gear setup, or use it as the starting point for building a complete ShapeShift holster.
