Advanced Technology Halo Gen 2 Side Saddle 12 Gauge 9-Shell Aluminum Shell Carrier - Black

The Advanced Technology Halo Gen 2 Side Saddle is a tactical 12 Gauge shotgun shell carrier designed to keep spare rounds mounted on the receiver for fast access under stress. This 9-shell carrier is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a rugged military Type III hardcoat anodized black finish that stands up to hard field use and weather.

The Halo Gen 2 adds an integrated top Picatinny rail for mounting a red dot or back-up iron sight directly to the shell carrier without giving up rail space. The 9-shell capacity features adjustable shell retention in a fully customizable configuration so you can tailor the carrier to your preferred loadout.

The Halo Side Saddle is purpose-built to fit Mossberg 500 and 590 12 gauge shotguns with a tapped receiver for a direct bolt-on install. With minor gunsmithing - drilling and tapping the receiver - the carrier will also fit Remington 870, Winchester SXP, and Maverick 88 12 gauge shotguns.

Measuring approximately 15" long with a 4" x 3" footprint and weighing just 0.85 lb, the Halo Gen 2 adds serious ammunition capacity to your tactical shotgun without meaningfully changing the balance or handling of the host firearm.
