Accusharp 001C Knife Sharpener - Tungsten Carbide Blades - White

The Accusharp 001C is a compact pull-through knife and tool sharpener featuring diamond-honed tungsten carbide blades that are reversible and replaceable for long service life. The blades are preset at a 21-degree angle, so you can put a clean working edge on a blade in roughly 10 seconds with a simple draw-through motion - no skill or angle-setting required.

The 001C handles a wide range of edges, from chef's knives and paring knives to serrated blades, filet knives, cleavers, hunting knives, and pocket knives. The blades and handle are rust-proof, so when things get gunky you can wash the sharpener with soap and water or run it through the dishwasher top rack.

A white ABS plastic body provides a comfortable, slip-resistant grip for one-handed use. The unit measures roughly 9" long by 4" wide by 1" tall and weighs about 1.6 ounces, so it stows easily in a kitchen drawer, camp box, or pack. The 5-1/2" handle gives plenty of leverage on thicker blades and tools.
