    Great ammo for the price!

I received a good selection of what they had. Appears it came from a source that had stock piled ammo from various countries. I’ve received Bulgarian steel and brass case, Czech brass, Czech steel, and East German all from ordering these lots. Most of the ammo fires but I’d recommend strong firing pin springs. 1 of 10 seems to not want to shoot but the powder, projectile, and cases are all good. Just some primers dying is all on a minority of them. The powder on all I shot is clean, consistent, and light recoiling. Not dangerous or over-pressure like the Turk or Ethiopian. Even if you get the random dead primer you can reload the case if you can find Berdan primers, or convert to boxer. The powder and bullets are still just fine. The berdan cases can be reloaded although it’s not as easy as boxer.

    Well worth the money

I bought several hundred rounds of this ammo and after shooting some this is a great deal. I received all Czech surplus and not Bulgarian surplus as is pictured (and as some customers have received). Almost every round is a hang-fire but a very fast hang-fire and barely affects shooting. About half of the ammo I received was on WWII dated charger clips. Even if you just want the powder and projectiles the price is right. Even with the hang-fires five stars.

Got my order in yesterday and put it in the ammo box well one pack was all stripper clip equipped ammo from 1949-1950 and the other pack was all loose pack boxes from 1948-1950 all in excellent shape no stains or corrosion at all. And to top it off they are all Czech ammo. For the price I will definitely buy more.

    Good stuff

I’ve made a few orders of this stuff and every time it’s something different (all good) First order was 61 dated Bulgarian Second was 61 dated Tracers, yup you read that right. They sent me red tip tracers...kinda hammered looking and not sure if they’re still good but that’s what they sent. Third order looks to be exactly what’s advertised. Czech later made ammo on striper clips. Well worth the money

    decent ammo

Posted by Tom F on Sep 15th 2020

Shot the first 20 rounds today. Every round had a slight hang fire. Accuracy was decent. To bad this is not actual Czech produced 8mm, it is Bulgarian 8mm.

Had the ole 98k out and boy what a rifle these are. But this ammo is same as used to get. No issues with 50 rounds (shoulder thanked me for stopping) and as dirty as ole com block corrosive can be. No hang fire, misfire, or fail to fire our of that group. Use ammonia to stop corrosion at range and clean in shop as normal when home.

kinda passable but its sad this is considered good nowdays

Hey kids do you like hangfires? If so this is for you. Received 61 dated brass case and 62/63 copper wash steel. Hangfires galore... like every round is some degree of delay to them. Get what you pay for. Dont forget this stuff is corrosive so clean accordingly or you are going to have a really bad time.
