To make your build turnkey, every kit ships with a U.S-made RCM HK G3/91 barrel. Machined from a mil-spec 41V40 cold-hammer-forged blank, the barrel is 17.7 inches long, sports a factory-correct 1:10 twist and a 12-flute chamber, and wears a durable salt-bath nitride finish (the same process used by Glock and SIG). Up front is a knurled sight ring, while 5/8x24 right-hand muzzle threads accommodate common U.S. suppressors, brakes, and flash hiders. Grenade rings machined into the profile to give it the look of a factory barrel. This barrel will require an MP5 MP5-style front Sight. Because it is American-made, the barrel counts as one 922(r) compliant part toward your completed rifle. Perfect for HK G3, HK 91, PTR 91, CETME, or C308 receivers.
