The Rosco Manufacturing Sauce Pack is a curated AR-15 build bundle that packages the core action and gas-system components you need to finish a rifle. Rather than mix and match individual parts, this kit brings together Rosco's Bloodline line — barrel, bolt carrier group, gas tube, and gas block — into one matched system engineered to run together from the start.

At the heart of the kit is a 20" Bloodline barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO, machined from 4150 CMV steel and finished in nitride for durability and corrosion resistance. The barrel accepts standard 5.56/.223 muzzle devices on its 1/2"x28 threads. The included Bloodline Bolt Carrier Group features a 8620 steel carrier and a 9310 steel bolt — the same materials and construction Rosco uses across their BCG lineup — and is built to withstand full-auto rated fire and hard use.

The gas system is completed with a Bloodline gas tube and a matching nitride gas block (NGB), giving you a turnkey barrel, gas system, and BCG combination straight out of the box. All parts within the Sauce Pack are designed to synchronize together, bringing every individual component to its peak performance as a unified core for your build.
