The Rosco Manufacturing Purebred is a precision 223 Wylde barrel built for the AR-15 platform. Machined from 416R stainless steel and finished in Nickel Boron, this 20-inch barrel uses Rosco's SPR (Special Purpose Rifle) profile, a heavier contour designed for the precision carbine shooter and extended-range work.

The 1:7 rifling twist rate and 1/2x28 thread pitch accept standard AR-15 muzzle devices, while the rifle-length gas system is set up for smooth cycling with a variety of ammunition loads. The SPR contour balances heat dissipation with manageable weight, making the barrel well suited for cold-bore shots on target.
