The MDT GRND-POD is a precision rifle bipod built around a 6061 T6 aluminum core with high-strength polymer buttons and a matte black finish. It mounts directly to any standard Picatinny rail and offers an adjustable 4.5" to 9" vertical height range so the shooter can dial in the right shooting position over prone, bench, or barricade rests.

Designed for fast, one-handed operation, the GRND-POD uses two carbon fiber legs that lock at four positions (0, 50, 80, and 180 degrees), letting them stow forward, drop straight down, or deploy at angled lockouts for uneven terrain. Spiked feet bite into soft ground, gravel, and wood for a stable platform on a wide range of surfaces, and the compact aluminum chassis keeps the rig light enough to leave mounted to a competition or hunting rifle full-time.
