High Speed Gear Reflex IFAK System Black Nylon

The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK System is a two-piece Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) platform developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel. Designed around the medical loadout of the U.S. Army-issued IFAK, the system pairs a med roll with a carrier for organized, ambidextrous access to critical medical supplies when seconds count.

Built primarily from heavy-duty 1000D and 500D nylon laminate with HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite) grab handles, the ReFlex is engineered for long-term durability in harsh environments. The carrier mounts vertically or horizontally on belts from 1.5" to 2.25" and horizontally on MOLLE, while the "mini" MOLLE pattern allows precise fit on belts as narrow as 1.5" or two-row MOLLE panels.

The full system measures 8" tall x 3" deep x 5.5" wide and weighs approximately 0.485 lbs. Rapid deployment is built in: intentional organization features keep all supplies within easy reach, gloves can be accessed via side slots with or without removing the roll from the carrier, and a carry handle with shock cord loops lets the roll be attached to a patient or hung from an IV rack. Loop panels on both the med roll and carrier accept label patches, and a Medical Cross Patch is included.
