The Dead Air DA204 Front Cap is a dedicated R-Series front cap for the brand's 7.62mm / .30 caliber suppressors. Machined from 17-4 stainless steel and coated in a tough Black Nitride finish, this end cap drops into any compatible Dead Air R-Series silencer - including the Sandman family and other R-Series platforms - to fine-tune the host can's sound performance, flash mitigation, and backpressure.

By matching the exit aperture specifically to the bullet diameter of 7.62mm / .30 caliber projectiles, the DA204 helps suppress first-round pop and can drop the muzzle reading by roughly 1 to 3 dB over a more open or universal end-cap configuration.
