The CobraTec Monarch is a slim, capable everyday-carry folder built around a 3.5" satin D2 steel blade with a plain edge. D2 is a high-carbon, high-chrome tool steel prized for excellent edge retention and wear resistance, and the satin finish gives the blade a clean, low-reflectivity look that suits a work knife just as well as it suits daily carry.

The blade pivots on a ball bearing, giving the Monarch a smooth, easy one-handed opening action. It closes up into an ergonomic handle measuring 4.75" and clad in a textured gray G-10 scale. G-10 is lightweight, grippy even when wet, and extremely durable, making it a practical handle material for everyday use. A lanyard hole at the rear of the handle lets you add a tether or paracord if you want extra retention in the field or on the waist.

The Monarch tips the scales at 13.10 oz with an 8.25" overall length when opened. Carrying it is simple thanks to the included tip-up reversible pocket clip, which can be mounted for right- or left-hand draw so the folder rides the way you prefer.
