C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO Adapter Optic Mount Plate - Fits Glock MOS - Holosun 509T Footprint

The C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO Adapter is an optic mount plate that allows a Holosun 509T footprint red dot sight to be mounted directly to a Glock MOS pistol slide. Built on C&H Precision's V4 MIL/LEO platform, this steel variant is engineered for the rigors of military, law enforcement, and defensive use.

The adapter plate is machined from Mild Grade Steel and finished in a durable Black Anodized coating for corrosion resistance. All included mounting hardware is Stainless Steel, including the M3 screws that secure the plate to the MOS slide and the optic to the plate, providing a secure and stable mounting platform for the red dot optic.

Designed, manufactured, and assembled in the USA, the V4 MIL/LEO Adapter is purpose-built to accept the Holosun 509T red dot footprint on Glock MOS pistols. This plate is not compatible with the Holosun HE509-RD ACSS variant.
