The Birchwood Casey 1/3 IPSC Silhouette Steel Target is a hanging AR500 steel practice plate designed for both pistol and rifle use on the range. Modeled on the classic IPSC silhouette, this 1/3-scale target lets shooters train with a familiar scoring-zone layout while keeping the plate compact for high-volume practice sessions.

At 0.38" (3/8") thick, the target is built from AR500 steel rated to handle rounds up to 3000 ft lbs of bullet energy, so it can stand up to magnum handgun loads and most centerfire rifle rounds at appropriate distances. The plate is precision laser-cut to deliver smooth, burr-free edges and is finished in a bright white powder coat with black and red scoring zones for fast sight-picture acquisition and clear visual feedback shot after shot.

A hanging mount design with a double hang-hole pattern makes it easy to suspend from a target stand, hanger, or crossbar using chain, cable, or wire (hanging hardware sold separately). This is a non-resettable reactive target - bullets impact the plate - so it is intended for use with a proper backstop and safe range conditions.
