Wilson Combat 2G Shok-Buff Kit 45 ACP 1911 Government Silver Steel

The Wilson Combat 2G Shok-Buff Kit is a balanced recoil system upgrade for full-size 5" .45 ACP 1911 Government pistols. It is designed for use with 230 gr. hardball equivalent loads, standard pressure JHP self-defense ammunition, or 10mm target ammunition with a power factor of 175,000 to 195,000 (Velocity x Bullet Weight = Power Factor).

This is a balanced kit containing two SHOK-BUFF buffers and one heavy duty 18.5 lb recoil spring, working together to reduce felt recoil during extended shooting sessions. The SHOK-BUFF should be changed out every 1,000 rounds and the recoil spring every 2,000 rounds, giving you up to 3,000 rounds of service per kit before replacement.

Built from steel with a silver finish and sized for a 5" barrel length, the 2G is a direct replacement upgrade for any full-size 1911 Government pattern pistol chambered in 45 ACP.
